Lights On!: First Energy Restores Power To Thousands Of Customers

UPDATE: NORTHEAST OHIO - (WOIO) - The power is back on for thousands in Northeast Ohio.
First Energy was dealing with about 16,000 people without power in the area of Bedford, Bedford Heights, University Heights, Shaker Heights and Garfield Heights.
Energy officials believe the outage was sub-station related.
