CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A former teacher at an all-girls school faced a judge Thursday morning.
Patrick Janson was arraigned following the arrest at his North Olmsted home yesterday.
The former St. Joseph Academy teacher stands accused of having sex with a student.
Janson was a music and drama teacher at the academy for 12 years. He's been fired from the academy after information surfaced, accusing him of having a relationship with a student nine years ago.
Police tell 19 Action News Janson had a relationship with a student from the Fall of 2000 through Spring of 2002. The student was a junior when the relationship started.
The prosecution dropped a bombshell in court Thursday morning, saying there were two more victims.
Janson's attorneys fired back saying the case for now only involves one alleged victim.
The judge set bail at $150,000.
