CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The baby girl killed in a fiery car fire on I-90 Monday afternoon has yet to be identified.
Apparently, a vehicle was stopped in the roadway on I-90 Eastbound near W.73 Street when it was struck from behind. The vehicle burst into flames. The driver that struck the stopped vehicle pulled the driver of the struck vehicle from the wreckage but was unable to save the child from the car.
The two-month-old child was badly burned and died on scene. The man that tried to pull the baby from the car suffered burns to his hands, arms and head.
An investigation is underway.
