Flu Fight: Ohio Vaccinates Thousands Against H1N1, Find Local Clinics Here!

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - The Cuyahoga County Board of Health and the Cleveland Department of Health was hoping to vaccinate 15,000 people against the H1N1 Virus on Sunday, November 15th.

Three clinics were held from 10am-5pm at Olmsted Falls Middle School, Charles F. Brush High School and Brecksville-Broadview Heights Board of Educations.

The clinics targeted the following priority groups:

  • pregnant women
  • caregivers for kids younger than 6 months
  • health care and emergency medical services personnel
  • children six months through 24-year-sold old
  • people ages 25 through 64 with health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from the flu
