Hefty Bond For Cleveland Father Accused In Son's Death

NEW DETAILS: CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – The Cleveland father accused of killing his little boy was in court Friday morning.

Allen Lee is charged with involuntary manslaughter, domestic violence and endangering children.

Police say the 40-year-old father struck Marcellis Lee several times inside their Westside home in October.

The 3-year-old was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The judge ordered Lee be held on half a million dollars bond. No word on Lee's next court date at this time.
