BEREA, OH (WOIO) - A brazen gunman on the loose in Berea.
Around 7PM Wednesday, the armed suspect pointed a gun at a 17-year-old walking on Depot Street near Runn.
He made the teen go behind a building and lay on the ground while he robbed him. The suspect fled with the teen's cell phone and about $200 in cash.
Then, just after 11PM, the same suspect tried to rob a male Baldwin Wallace student who was jogging on East 5th near Eastland.
The student punched the suspect and the suspect ran off without getting anything.
The description of the suspect is vague - a young black male wearing a dark hoodie and a ski mask.
