Body of East Cleveland Man Found In Canton Township Creek

CANTON, OH (WOIO) - The body of an East Cleveland man was found in a Canton area creek on Thursday, Nov. 19th.
Canton Township road workers discovered the of 30-year-old Demeris A. Tillman in Sherrick Creek on Moore Road S.E.
The Stark County Crime Lab and the Stark County Coroner's Office removed the body and transported it to the Stark County morgue. The investigation continues into the person or persons responsible for the homicide. The Coroner will issue a cause of death as soon as it's been determined.
Anyone with any information concerning this incident are asked to call the Stark County Sheriff's Office at 330-430-3800.
