ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) - One person is dead and two others were injured during a late night triple shooting at an apartment.
The triple shooting happened around 10 p.m. Sunday at 115 David Drive.
Elyria Police arrived on scene and found three gunshot victims inside of Apartment G. Two of the three victims lived in the apartment and were identified as 31-year-old David McDonough and 30-year-old Michael Stump. Both men were flown via LifeFlight to MetroHealth Medical Center. Their condition is unknown at this time.
The third victim's name is being withheld pending notification of family but was reportedly a 38-year-old hispanic male and was found deceased inside of the apartment.
19 Action News was told by Elyria Police that there was a fourth male seen leaving the apartment. The male was described as an African American in his late 20's approximately 5'8" and weighs between 220-230 pounds. He as seen entering a dark green conversion van and leaving the area.
