CLEVELAND, (WOIO) - For the first time since taking the Browns job, Mike Holmgren talked with the media on Monday, saying he'll meet with Coach Eric Mangini next week before making a decision on his future.

"Any decision I made regarding the coaching staff or anybody there will not be based on three games or two games or one game or anything like that," said Holmgren. "I think it's a total body of work."

Holmgren has final say on the roster, but did add he would be bringing in a general manager.

He also said it was Randy Lerner who sealed the deal and believes Lerner is totally committed to winning.

We want to know what you think. Should Mangini stay or should be go?
