UPDATE: Cleveland, OH - The man accused of killing Cleveland cop Lamidi Kafaru was arraigned Friday morning.
The judge ordered the 19-year-old held without bond.
This, after Lamidi pleaded not guilty to the charges of aggravated murder, attempted murder and felonious assault on a police officer.
This is a death penalty case.
Officials say Kafaru - the son of an Auxillary East Cleveland police officer - turned and shot Owens under his bulletproof vest during a footchase.
This, after Owens and other officers confronted some men drinking in an abandoned garage.
The fallen officer was a ten-year veteran of the police force and left behind a wife and two small children.
