Cleveland, OH - The survivor in a deadly park shooting in downtown Cleveland continues to make strides.
Jory Aebly has been upgraded to Good condition at Metro.
Aebly and his friend, Jeremy Pechanec, were shot in a park across from the Reserve Square building at E.12th Street and Chester.
28-year-old Pechanec later died from gunshot wounds to the head and shoulder.
Investigators believe the suspects were driven by robbery.
Four people - including one juvenile - are behind bars on charges of aggravated murder, attempted murder and aggravated robbery.
All have denied any involvement in the shootings of the Cleveland Clinic workers.
