Tragic End: 13-Year-Old Boy Dies After Falling Into The Black River

ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) - A 13-year-old boy drowned after falling into the Black River Saturday.
The 8th grader at Northwood Middle School, Logan Spradlin was playing on the rocks near Cascade Park with a friend when the boy slipped and was pulled into the waterfall.
Rescue crews from all around Lorain County assisted in the search with side-scanning sonar.
Spradlin's body was found around 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
