CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland firefighter in treatment after he was arrested for drunk driving and suspected pot possession.
Mike Dalton arrested Friday evening following a motor vehicle accident at West 140th and Birchwood.
Dalton was placed under arrest for OMVI and during a search, a bag of suspected marijuana was found in his pocket. He was conveyed to the Justice Center and booked.
Dalton voluntarily entered a treatment program on Monday and is not scheduled to work again until November 16th.
No disciplinary action has yet been taken, but he faces administrative discipline for his alleged conduct.
