CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A guy dubbed 'Bad Santa' was in court Tuesday morning.
Parma police say Anthony Russo dressed up like Jolly Old St. Nick and tried to grab a girl while she walked to school.
The girl ducked into a nearby business to get help.
Russo entered a not guilty plea in court.
His family insists Russo is just always in the Christmas spirit and likes to give away candy canes.
