CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland mother is locked up. She's accused of starving her own children.
A family member found Phineas Scovil's kids, just two and three years old and rushed them to the hospital.
Police say the three year old was just 20 pounds while the two year old weighed 23 pounds.
Scovil was already on probation for scalding one of the boy's that she's now accused of starving.
Both children are hospitalized and expected to be fine.
The head of Cuyahoga County social workers tells 19 Action News that a full investigation is being launched.
