CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Two Cuyahoga County men have pleaded guilty to numerous charges for making child pornography available to share on the Internet.
37-year old David Chapman, of Parma, pleaded guilty to 98 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and one count of possessing criminal tools. A forensic examination of Chapman's computer revealed 92 videos of children engaged in sexual activity, including children as young as 7 and 8-years-old being anally raped.
21-year old Kevin Jakupca, of North Olmsted, pleaded guilty to 25 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and one count of possessing criminal tools. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children identified 11 known child sexual assault victims from Jakupka's child pornography.
A sentencing date for either has not been set.
