
Cleveland, OH - The 17-year-old driver in Monday's fatal crash on Eddy Road has been charged with vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, carring concealed weapon, and aggravated robbery.
The teen will appear in juvenile court when he is released from the hospital.
The 18-year-old passenger has not been charged, and the other passenger, 17-year-old Jaymes Pruitt died in the accident.
Police say the auto involved, a 2002 Dodge Intrepid, Ohio license plate "BAT6163", was stolen.
There were firearms located inside the vehicle which is also suspected of being involved in an aggravated robbery from Sunday night at 17901 Lakeshore Blvd.
The sixth District Detective Bureau is investigating the robbery component of this incident.
