EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - After the shocking crimes of the Cleveland Strangler were revealed, Investigator Carl Monday has an explosive report about a motel just down the street from where Anthony Sowell once lived.

A motel connected with the case - and filled with reports of sex, drugs and now, gruesome murder.
