Cleveland Police locate missing 2-year-old

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Police have located a toddler who went missing from his home overnight.

Saturday morning around 9:30 a.m. the child's mother contacted police saying that Mickel White, 2, went missing from their CMHA Washington Avenue apartment.

White was last seen Friday evening wearing only a diaper. When mom woke up, the child was missing.

Cleveland Police, CMHA, Cleveland K-9 and Cleveland Aviation units were called out to search the building, block and neighboring wooded areas.

The child was located around 11 a.m. at a neighbor's home, he was safe wearing.

The child's mother refused to comment on the incident.
