CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
In October, 19 Action News profiled a family already applying for Christmas help for this Christmas season. It was part of a story on the growing need in Northeast Ohio and about how Adopt-A-Family was receiving requests for help earlier than ever.
Natania Johnson has 9 children and the family fell on hard times last year after her husband became disabled and they lost their Section 8 housing and became homeless.
After our story aired, a local company called Bright Ideas Press LLC decided to adopt the entire family. They presented the Johnson's with presents for the kids, furniture, food and even a Christmas tree.
So now, things will be a little brighter for the Johnson family, thanks to the thoughtful employees at Bright Ideas Press.
