The
Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information
which would lead to the capture of fugitive Salvador Magana.
Magana
is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Lorain Police Department for gross
sexual imposition and domestic violence. U.S. Immigration and Customs
Enforcement want him for illegal re-entry into the United States having been a
deported felon twice already. It is
alleged that on December 11, 2011, near the 1800 block of E. 42nd
St. in Lorain, Magana forced himself on top of a female victim in an upstairs
bedroom after refusing to let her leave.
Magana
is a 39-year-old man standing approximately 5'07" and weighing 198
pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Magana has been known to frequent the areas
of South Lorain, Amherst, and Oberlin.
Magana has a previous address on the 100 block of Brace Ave. in Elyria.
