Progressive Auto Insurance wants to hire hundreds of people to fill various positions.

"We're constantly looking for ways to make it even easier for employees to grow and succeed," said Progressive Recruiting Director Katie Koch. "Phone reps will sell policies, answer customer questions or help customers file accident claims. The positions require work experience in customer service."

Progressive offers paid training for all positions.Workers also receive medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
