EXCLUSIVE: Foster parent charged in molestation of children

WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

Sex charges against a 68-year-old foster parent, but there are questions swirling about the charges.

Cuyahoga County prosecutors indicted Leroy Harlem, Jr. on twenty charges, including rape, gross sexual imposition and child endangering.

Court records show Harlem molested three boys under the age of ten at his home in Warrensville Heights in 2005.

Those cases came to light in late 2010 when Cuyahoga County child welfare workers say they investigated, but couldn't be sure something happened.

Now they say Warrensville Heights Police did their own investigation, leading to an indictment.

Harlem Jr. has a court date set for February 9th, 2012.
