Kids get new kicks from Adidas

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Adidas is donating dozens of pairs of shoes to the Cleveland Boys and Girls Club as part of a Health Awareness campaign.   

Back last fall The Cleveland Children's Alliance did a 10 week program with the King Kennedy members.  The program was focused on healthy lifestyles.  They came in three times a week for 2 hours. For two days they would focus on a physical activity and the third was a nutritional lesson. 

A couple weeks ago The Cleveland Children's Alliance reached back out to the King Kennedy Club about donating athletic shoes to the children with 50% or more participation and cook books for their parents.
