Astute 19 Action News Viewer Helps Nab Wheel of Justice Fugitive

Cleveland, OH - Another wanted fugitive off the streets - thanks to 19 Action News and a faithful viewer!

Karin Lucas featured on Thursday night's Wheel of Justice.

Lucas was wanted for tampering with records and falsification.

A 19 Action News viewer recognized Lucas and turned her into the authorities.

Lucas was arrested by Cleveland cops over the weekend.

The astute viewer, meanwhile, will receive a cash reward for helping lead police to Lucas.
