Arrested: 19 Action News Wheel of Justice Fugitive Now Behind Bars

Cleveland, OH - Police have arrested 42-year-old Odetta Jordan based on a location tip Wednesday.

Jordan was featured on the Wheel of Justice on December 13th, 2008 and was wanted on three counts of Grand Theft and three counts of Passing Bad Checks.
